10:00am - 10:45am: Check in at the West Village at Copper Mountain. You can check in at the black Lleky tent next to the Woodward Express Chairlift. PLEASE HELP US IN ARRIVING ON TIME. WE DO OUR BEST TO MAKE SURE TO WAIT FOR EVERYONE, BUT THAT DOES KEEP THOSE ON TIME WAITING. WE UNDERSTAND THINGS HAPPEN. PLEASE MESSAGE US IF YOU ARE RUNNING BEHIND. THANK YOU!
10:45am - 11:00am: Gather with all participants to cover the day and get ready to head up the lift
11:00am: Up the lift together
11:15am - 11:30am: Get rowdy, hyped, and warmed up for the day!
11:30am: Family photo
11:35am - 3:00pm: Session our own private progression park + airbag at hidden vein in peace park
3:00pm - 4:00pm: Break
4:00pm: Meet at the Woodward Barn
4:15pm: Roller board/skis intro session
5:30pm: Raffle
6:00pm: Event ends

LLEKY:
Lleky is a woman-led and rider-driven skate and snow brand dedicated to cultivating community and creating space. We are an online skate and snow shop that offers authentic, quality, female-designed products for everyone and a community that provides an accessible, inclusive, and supportive community for all women, queer, trans and non-binary riders.
Lleky products will be available for purchase on snow and at the barn.
HOT LAPS:
Hot Laps (on snow + the Woodward barn) is free with an RSVP — even if you choose to only attend the barn session.
A day pass or season pass is required to join. Day passes are $99 with Copper’s Play Forever Thursdays. No code is necessary for the discount. You MUST purchase online in advance to receive the $99 ticket price here.
ON SNOW:
You will have access to our own private area of Peace Park. We will be offering progression friendly features including boxes, tubes, rails, jumps, airbag and more. We work closely with Woodward park crew to offer features for everybody and all levels.
All park riders, including beginners, are strongly encouraged to join! We ask that you can make turns down blue runs to participate. No prior park experience is necessary. We will have a coach for skiers and a coach for snowboarders to help with progression at any level, especially for those new to the park.
This is a supportive and empowering community.
Feel free to bring a backpack with lunch, snacks and water. You can store your bag at our private event area.
Paid for parking is available at a variety of lots within the resort. Some paid lots may still require you to ski/board or bus over to West Village. The alpine 1 + 2 lots are free and have a free shuttle to West Village.
WOODWARD BARN:
Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own skateboard or roller skate equipment. In case you need rentals, the Woodward Barn has the following pending availability:
Helmets- $5
Roller boards- $10 (must bring your snowboard boots)
Roller skis- $10 (must bring your ski boots)
Skateboards- 10
Roller blades-$10
Scooters- $10
BMX bike- $15
You must bring your own snowboard or ski boots in order to use the roller boards and skis.
If you have never done an intro session for roller boards and/or skis at the barn, please be ready with your equipment at 4:15pm for an intro session to utilize the ramps and more.
Parking for the barn is available at the Chapel Lot for free after 2pm, located across the street from the Woodward Barn. Please do not park out front of the barn as you will be ticketed or towed.
